How Old Is Elyse G. Rogers? My Real Age + How I Stay Youthful
People don’t believe me when I tell them my age. I joined my 90s Eurodance group back in 1994 when I was 23 and honestly – I’ve stayed youthful, I feel better now than I did back then.
So what’s changed? Everything and it’s simpler than you’d think.

Daily Routine – Simple Habits To Stay Youthful
I make sure to stay hydrated with Kangen-filtered water
Water, water, water. I use a Kangen filter and drink it all day, adding Celtic sea salt for electrolytes. Game-changer for my skin and energy.
Intermittent fasting.
This has been huge for me. Giving my body time to rest and reset makes such a difference.
Organic, plant-based eating.
As much as I can get organic. What you eat shows up on your face. (Since my volunteer work in Nepal back in 2012 I’ve been a veggie).
(If you’d like to make your health a priority and improve your relationship with food to finally eat healthy (in quality but also in quantity), check out my Vibe and Thrive program.)
Simple skincare.
Organic wash and moisturiser. That’s it. Less is more.
Movement.
Walking, stretching, nothing huge. Just keep moving.
Cheeky Boy cuddles.
My cat’s purrs are literal therapy. Science backs this up!
The Deeper Stuff (That Really Matters)
Clearing trauma.
My husband, David Ian Rogers, specialises in trauma healing and releasing old wounds. His technique has been transformational. I’m truly blessed.
Forgiveness and gratitude.
Both daily practices. Both life-changing.
Healing frequencies.
I actually create Hz frequency music with positive lyrics, it’s become a huge part of my wellness practice. The relaxation is real and making it connects me to something deeper.
Below you can enjoy some previews of my Music Albums and of my Solfeggio Frequencies available on my website if you want to purchase and download to your device (so you can listen without having the wi-fi on)

Protecting my peace and being still
Solid boundaries. Loving people only. If someone’s toxic? Delete, block, move on.
If someone attacks, I don’t react. I just… don’t engage, I stay still; it’s powerful.
Less stress, less stuff.
I’ve decluttered my home, my online digital life, my expenses. Simplicity = freedom.
Where I’m Still Growing
I’m not perfect at this. There are things I’m actively working on:
Screen time.
I need to limit my phone and computer more. It’s a work in progress.
Being kinder to myself.
Positive self-talk doesn’t always come naturally all the time, but I’m re-programming myself and using my intuition more for better protection.
Slowing down.
Eating and drinking more slowly, actually relaxing, reading a good book instead of scrolling, these are my current challenges.
Staying Youthful is a work in progress
We’re all a work in progress, right?
Staying youthful isn’t about expensive treatments or fighting time. It’s about honoring yourself, body, mind and spirit, every single day.
The photos tell the story. Three decades between them, but the energy? Still the same.

I joined my 90s Eurodance group in 1994 when I was 23, so you can do the math! People are often surprised because I feel better now than I did back then.
No secret, just consistency. I drink filtered water with sea salt, practice intermittent fasting, eat organic plant-based foods, move daily, and prioritize clearing trauma and protecting my peace.
Nope. I keep skincare simple with organic wash and moisturizer. What I put in my body matters way more than what I put on it.
I create Hz frequency music with positive lyrics. It’s part of my wellness practice and helps with deep relaxation and healing.
