So many men and women I speak to are carrying exhaustion like a heavy coat. They say things like:

Sound familiar?
This used to be me. Growing up I used to drink about 3-4 cans of fizzy soda every day (no joke), reaching for sugary snacks like biscuits, chocolate and cake to keep me going and wondering why my mood and body felt off.
The deeper truth? I wasn’t just hungry for nutrients, I was starving for balance. For a connection back to my body. For peace.
And that’s what led me to create what I now call my Radiance Reset Habit Stack.

In specific regions like Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines in Southeast Asia, and countries such as Australia, New Zealand and Pacific island nations like Fiji in the Western Pacific, obesity rates have jumped over 300% in the last couple of decades.
Yep, you read that right.
And in the Americas, the number of adults with serious obesity has more than doubled. It’s not just about willpower, our systems are out of sync. Which is why finding a natural, aligned way to reset matters more than ever. And that’s also why taking full responsibility for our own health is so important, we’re up against a global health industry that rakes in over $27 billion every single day! That’s billions a day spent on keeping us in the loop of symptoms, not solutions. It’s time to take our power back, let’s go!!!
What I Eat, Sip, Move and Listen To When I Need a Frequency Reset
These aren’t extreme changes. They’re loving nudges back to yourself, no willpower battles, no calorie counting. Just real nourishment and good vibes that feel natural and easy to stick with so you can implement new habits gently.
1. What I Eat
- High-vibe, plant-based meals: Think colourful bowls of roasted veggies, chickpeas, lentils, avocado, greens and homemade oil-free hummus. Simple, filling and full of life.
- Flavour-packed wholesome soups: I love a vegetable lentil broth or a three bean soup when I want warmth and grounding. Easy on the digestion, rich in nutrients.
- Natural sweetness: Instead of chocolate or biscuits, I go for fresh dates, mixed berries or a bit of raw fruit in natural coconut yogurt with a sprinkle of nuts. My body thanks me.
2. What I Sip
- Warm lemon water first thing: This helps flush out toxins and gently wake up my system.
- Decaf tea or decaf coffee with plant-based milks: Almond, coconut or soya milk are my go-to’s for a warm, creamy fix, with a sprinkle of honey or cinnamon.
- Kangen alkaline water: A game changer for me. I drink 1-2 Litres daily to stay hydrated and reduce acidity.
3. How I Move & Reset
- Walking 10,000 steps a day in nature: A daily non-negotiable. It clears my mind, boosts my mood and reconnects me to the earth.
- Stretching: Just 10 minutes of gentle movement each day makes a massive difference. Helps me grow stronger and tone up.
- Mindset work: Gratitude and food journaling can be fun, playful activities to shift perspective and release emotional weight.
4. What I Listen To
- Angelic Frequencies: These help me shift my emotional state in minutes. They relax the nervous system, quiet the mind and lift the spirit.
