🧠 Over 70% of adults report not getting enough quality sleep at least once a week and most of the time, it’s not noise, or caffeine, or even your partner snoring like a bear…

Yep — those anxious loops, to-do lists, unspoken words, or just good ol’ fashioned overthinking.

As someone who creates music for emotional healing and inner calm, I meet so many beautiful souls at my workshops and events who say the same thing:

“Elyse, I just want to sleep properly again.”

And I feel that. Deeply. Especially in a world that’s moving fast and constantly demanding your energy, it’s no wonder your nervous system is frazzled.

So, what to do to sleep well at night?

Well, if counting sheep isn’t cutting it, maybe it’s time to try something tuned to you. Literally.

Enter: healing frequencies (aka sound healing)

✨ I’ve been working with tones like 432 Hz, the 9 Solfeggio Frequencies and Angelic frequencies for years now. They’re not just ‘pretty sounds’ – they’re vibrational tools that can calm your brainwaves, lower your cortisol and help your system slow down enough to sleep.
